Impressive changes in Cycling Ireland!

A while ago I took CI to task on a thread here about the organisation and general tidiness of their HQ in Dublin! The last time I had visited (approx 18 months ago) I was unimpressed with the general state of the place and their slow response times to enquiries!

I had occasion to visit again today and was really surprised with the transformation that has taken place! The office was clean and bright and clearly well organised. I've also recently had a couple of email enquiries answered promptly and efficiently ..... fair dues guys!

Why do you need to apologise?

There were issues at the time, your raised them, and something was done about it.
Not grounds for an apology in my opinion, perhaps grounds for a post complimenting good service etc...

Actually, you can edit the title by double clicking beside the thread title. Fair play for coming on here and giving positive feedback, I remember your original thread.

I think the OP can amend the title via the Edit, Advanced option for up to 24 hours. Individual posts can be amended for up to 48 hours (or longer if you can get a mod to do it for you)

Its nice to hear this and I will relay it to my colleagues on the board and the office staff who have made these changes.

Can't comment on the tidiness of the building but I've always found CI to be pretty efficient to deal with considering their resources so fair play to those involved - I can only imagine it's a thankless job most of the time.
