For those who suffer depression/anxiety what do you do to get through blips. I'm having one at the moment for the past 4 days or so. I hate it. Just want to stay in bed in the dark until the fog lifts but I can't as I've 2 small babies. I'm on meds the past 4 years cipramil but I still suffer blips every now and then. I find they usually come after an event like last week it was a death in the family. And I was fine but it still comes anyway! I normally adopt Dr Claire Weeks mantra of face, accept and let time pass. What do others do while waiting to get off the dark train???
