If you pulled out in front of a car turning right at a roundabout and they didn't indicate would it be your fault or theirs in the eyes of insurance companies etc. (if they crashed into the side of your car)

Your fault, you should give way to traffic on the roundabout.

That would explain why no one bothers their hole. I seen a lad today drive the whole way around a roundabout in the outside lane of two and take his original first exit without indicating once. It was pretty impressive. Everyone waiting to get on the roundabout was certain he was going to each exit then he'd just swerved slightly and continued on around. He was within inches of a tip with two separate cars.

Just to also balance it out, there's been many the time that people have pulled out onto a roundabout with me on it and cut right across my lane despite me being in the correct lane and indicating correctly.

The best (worst) example I can give of other drivers stupidity was from a couple of months back. A woman, with kids in the back of her car not strapped in of course, decided to come to a complete stop on the inside lane of a roundabout and wave me out. I was in shock. I had to shake my head thinking I was seeing things that wasn't actually happening. Didn't take much longer for me to fecking flash & blast the horn while gesturing her to move. She looked at me as if I was the one in the wrong then.
