If he starts going on about aliens im going to consider him part of the dis-info side.
By the way what damage did he do that cost them so much money?

I even have doubts those types of "secret" centers of information are plugged into the internet.
Surely that important info would be in a secure location.
I think anything else is just to put people off the scent that they have got much better technology than whats seen and every major player in wars needs to keep their cards close to their chest and bluff like a mofo.
