As per header. I have am a PAYE worker and I have a rental property.

Every year up to now I have submitted a form 12.

However, I have just registered and received my PIN for PAYE Anytime.

I logged in but cannot see anywhere to submit the rental income for 2011.

Any suggestions, or should I just send the form 12 as per previous years?

Apologies if this is already covered in previous threads, I searched and coiuldn't find anything

Paye Anytime does not have the facility yet to replicate a form 12 return online, unlike ROS which can replicate a form 11 return. So unfortunately for the moment, its still a paper form 12 for you.

+1, paper Form 12 unless your rental surplus exceeds €3,174 in which case you can file a Form 11 (although not necessarily desirable)

Is this still the case folks? My mother has rental income and has asked me to start doing her returns for her. She is still (at 71!!) a PAYE employee and has her state pension income as well. Can I get her to register for PAYE Anytime and use that for her rental income, or should she request a Form 12 still?

No. Still need to do a manual paper Form 12.
