Houses for sale in Brownsbarn Orchard, Citywest

    Hi all,

    We are interested in buying a property in Brownsbarn Orchard, Citywest (Kinsgwood). Ive noticed that there are 5 for sale in an estate that is very small. Does anyone have any idea why there are so many for sale? Are there any issues with the estate, area, houses?

    We are going for a second viewing tomorrow and are very serious about it, it just seems very strange....

    Hi I live in this estate - there are no problems at all. The houses for sale were all rented out from day 1 except 1.
