Have cod, need nice recipe

    I have 5 lovely pieces of cod. I was just going to fry it with butter, salt etc and serve with new potatoes and greens but I am getting bored with that formula.

    Can anyone suggest a nice simple recipe or sauce to go with cod and potatoes?

    I love parsley sauce with any type of fish!

    Last week's Ingredient of the Week thread was for white fish (eg, Cod, Haddock, plaice, etc) & has several recipes that you could try. To keep them all together I've moved the last couple of recipes from this thread to the IOTW one. I'll close this so we can keep them all together in the other thread.
