Morales looked like an old man in there last night. Cracking left by Garcia to take him out in the end but the Mexican was an easy target all night long.

Malinaggi was pretty lucky to get the decision against Cano I thought. Although he was rarely in trouble in the first half of the fight and was maybe winning most of the rounds, he was pretty tentative and didn't really do a whole lot.

Cano finished the fight like a steam train knocking Pauli down late on in the 11th and all over him during the 12th. Cano's finish was all the more impressive considering he had a huge gash above his left eye from the second round on.

In fairness the fight was really close but given that Cano was the agressor for most of the fight I would have given him the verdict. Although in saying that the judge who scored the fight 118-109 in Cano's favour was having a laugh.

Quillin-N'Dam was the fight of the night. Cracking stuff.

Morales fight was just sad really.

Great scrap alright. Would have been really close had Quillin not put N'Dam down in the final round. N'Dam has some heart getting up off the canvas six times and almost winning the fight.

Although it seemed that way, with the way the judges scored the fight that wasn't the case. All 3 had it 115-107, so it likely would of been 105-100 going into the 12th round.

Ah right didn't realise that. Surprised they had Quillan so far ahead. Thought N'Dam had won rounds 8, 9, 10 and 11 to really make it tight.

Bit of a joke that the judges gave Quillin four rounds on top of the knockdown rounds. When he worked his work was consistently cleaner but he didn't do very much in a lot of the rounds.

Garcia's KO shot was pretty brutal. He sure does get leverage into them left hooks. Morales should end his carrer now.

Morales says he's having one more fight in Tijuana as a farewell.
