Thanks a mil for all your effort OP.
Just wondering has anyone noticed ALDI prices are slightly increasing..... I know they are still very cheap/economical in 99% of things, just in the past 2 weekly shops of generally the same items, mu partner and I saw a bigger bill. not complaining - am still shopping there!

Prices for food are increasing in all the shops and supermarkets.
Due to the bad weather in both Europe and America the grain harvest is way down. The cost of animal feed has gone up. Also the cost of petrol has gone up so food will rise in cost as a result.
