    Anyone going to try to capture it?
    Any tips? Tripod obviously but settings?
    Any good places to go in or near Dublin to get a better view?

    You need to get away from Dublin and it's light pollution to do it properly.

    Apparently the best time was before dawn today 21st Oct.
    Not that I saw a thing except low cloud :mad: There were a few breaks during the night but I didn't see anything then either.

    I went out at 4:30 & stayed until after sunrise, went to 3 different locations in County Antrim (nice & dark clear cloudless sky - could see plenty of stars), didn't see a single meteor
    :mad::mad::mad:

    I was out last night, saw 4 meteors, but didn't capture any on camera.

    Gonna try again tonight.
