hi looking at building a bungalow in east cork...standard enough nothing fancy but would want good insulation/ windows. house around 1600-1800 sq ft. would around 70e a sq foot be realistic preferably with a builder

No I don't think so. Problem here is what you include and don't include in your sqft price.
