google now swipe launch

    I'm just wondering if anyone else is having any issues with google now? Everything I have read on it suggests you should be able to launch it from the lock screen, or by swiping up from one of the soft keys. I can't get that to work. I also can't find anywhere to change the settings for this...If I open google from my search bar at the top of my home screen I can access the settings for google now, but that is the only way I can find it. Is it supposed to appear in the app drawer?

    Any ideas?

    On my nexus 7 with 4.1.2 and stock launcher I can launch it by swiping up from the home soft key

    Edit: Any of the soft keys work

    The "swipe up" launch isn't working at all. I can get it to launch by long pressing the home key and then there is a short cut, but I can't seem to find a setting to get the swipe launch working.

    What kind of phone or tablet are you using, different oems may implement it in different ways.
