I'm buying a time trial bike, I've never owned one before but I have a racer and do triathlons so I am an experienced cyclist. I've been looking around but i dont know a lot about the more technical stuff with frames etc, my budget is 2300 euro, any advice on where I can find the most value and what brands I would be better off getting would be appreciated :)

I can't give you any advice but you might get a better response in the Triathlon / Duathlon / Adventure Racing forum.
