Best/cheapest place to get 20 vest/shorts for a white collar night

Anyone able to point me in the right direction. Look for 5 x red L, 5 x blue L, 5 x red XL, 5 x blue XL, or something like that. Doesn't have to be anything too snazzy, and obviously don't want anything ghastly cheap looking either.

Also if they provide a printing service to put the sponsors logo on the back that would be great.
