    Hi all,

I just went to my local social welfare office and explained that my husband is self employed and i am a full time student under the age of 21 and his income isnt meeting our costs. They gave me a application for family income suppliment but we have no children. should they have given me the form for JSA instead?

Well you cant get FIS if you have no kids, but you cant have JSA if you are a full time student either.:(
If your husband is not finding work every day, he might try to get some Jobseekers Allowance instead, but its not anything certain at all.
