Honestly this is gibberish to me, I know that my trs is 250 and that the 7 years are up for my mortgage in 2014.... So does my trs entirely stop being paid or do They(the government) continue to pay some of that amount....sorry for being so blunt but this type of thing really isn't my strong suit therefore I need it…

Note: After year 7, the rates are those that apply to non-first time buyers

That only applies to people buying between the start of 2009 to the end of 2012

Barring any budget changes, your rate won't change until 2017
