Sorry if there's a general equipment thread I should be posting in but didnt spot anywhere else to ask this.

Wondering does anyone know where I might find a good wall sliotar in Dublin?

I searched all shops that I know stock hurling gear, including Dublin City Hurls, but only the all weather ones available. Was hoping to find something with as close the feel and weight of a proper sliotar.

Are you looking for an actual wall ball, as in one of those balls that you have to warm up off the wall to get proper use of it?

I came across them on this site a while back - I'm sure you can get them elsewhere and off a good few hurley makers in Dublin: http://www.galacticosports.ie/wallball.html

I have 2 or 3 of them around somewhere. I got them in a sports shop in Waterford a couple of years back.

    they are useless
    just a ball of plastic

the cumas ones warm up after 10 minutes and really start to move
    Paudie Butler highly recommends them

Thanks very much for the replies. Yeah I'm looking for the proepr wall ball that warms up, have an all weather one but not crazy about it.

The guy in DCH told me to head over to the o'neills place but I live on the northside so it would be a trek out there.
Cumas official site only sell in dozens so had to give that a miss.

Has anyone used gaastore.ie? They have the cumas balls but when I go to pay I get security warnings saying the site isn't safe.

GAA store is perfectly safe. Have bought off it before.
    just based in Northern Ireland.

Ring or email Cumas. They'll sell them in pairs. Buy one as a spare
