Does BTE get backpaid??

If your BTE is late coming in does BTE allowance get backpaid from when you start college or is it just you get the 188 when ever it comes through and thats that? also if you were previously on a lower rate right up until it was changed over say a few weeks into college,say 144 .would you get back paid the difference from…

My BTE came through this week i got 250 into my account ,not sure why i got that figure? i was receiving my dole up until the previous week. im not sure was that part of the 300 or what
