But when we tried it on EDPM not so good,can anyone else sugest another similar product.

Theres a mastic you can get for sealing EPDM joints. Sticks like schit to a blanket but I've never heard of a paint on solution for epdm. In saying that ive never seen EPDM used alone on a roof.
