    Hi,

    I see a lot of posts here criticizing Eircoms' customer service and engineers and thought I would give my experience.

    I have had the usual complaints over the last few weeks (signal dropping, low download speeds etc.) and I have to say both the engineers and support team over the phone have been brilliant.

    Engineer has gone above and beyond to try identify and rectify the problem, with customer support ringing during the evenings to see if the issue has re-surfaced.

    I actually feel like a valued customer and not a number... thank you :)
