Can anybody recommend a good English language school in Dublin for me? Specifically, I'm looking for a Proficiency Level course in the Cambridge system or an equivalent level on another scale on behalf of my girlfriend.

I have a lot of experience in English language teaching myself so I'm quite concerned about finding high quality teachers and facilities.

We've been looking at the UCD Applied Langauge Centre, which seems quite good, but are wondering about the alternatives.

There are quite a number of Department of Education recognised schools operating in Dublin, both in the city centre and suburbs.

What suits you in terms of location is a factor, you can get a list of recognised schools at www.acels.ie

Any reputable school will be more than happy to show you their facilities and maybe even give you a trial class.
