Safe Car Park in Limerick

I generally park in Charlotte Quay Car Park which is very handy, reasonably priced and has very nice staff. However this morning there were needles and tinfoil in the stairwell so I'm getting worried that I'm going to come accross some druggies shooting up some evening.

Are all car parks like this in the city centre? I'm thinking of moving to Cornmarket Sq but given the area would this one be as bad?

Whenever I'm working in Limerick for a few days I use the Cruises St car park.
Think it's about €16 for a weekly ticket and never had any bother.

Cornmarket Square is good too, I'm on a three monthly ticket there 5 day week e150, no messing is any stairwells and the guys keep a sharp watch on all comings and goings, late openings some evenings too which is included in your price and overnight rates as well which is handy occassionally if leaving it after a night out
