How much paid holiday am I entitled to ?

    Hey guys,

    First I would like to mention I'm not Irish, so I'm not familiar with this kind of things. Like the title says, I would like to know how much paid holiday I am entitled to.

    I've been working for a restaurant from the end of June this year, and until now I have a total of ~700 hours worked (i work between 35 up to 40hours per week - rarely going over 40h per week). Also, I get paid once at two weeks if that counts.

    Is there a formula to calculate how many days of paid holiday I can get ?

    I've heard something about 8%, but I didnt knew if it was for part time / full time.
