Stein dosen't meet the CPD's requirements to participate in the debates. I'll assume she is elligible to serve as president, and is registered in enough states to have a mathematical chance to win the electoral college's 270 number. But she isn't polling the 15% average minimum amongst their 5 designated polls. She's only polling at 2%. Gary Johnson is only polling at 4% so he couldn't participate either by the rules
