Leaving aside deposit etc... for the moment and assume that everything is fine. If a person was saving €800 per month for 6 months what kind of mortgage would they be showing as capable of repaying. if a person was saving €1,000 per month for 6 months what kind of mortgage would they be showing as capable of repaying.
