Hi guys, I need to go to Dundalk.
I leave near Pinnock Hill roundabout in Swords, where there's a Eirann bus stop supposed to pick-up passengers.
I'd like to know if the 100X would pick me up there, or the Bus driver would just keep going through ignoring me In case it's not a pick-up point).
It's not mentioned in the Bus Eirann website among the pickup points, but it's not like every pick up point is usually written.
So I hope there's anyone who could enlighten me.

    Hi,

No, the 100X serves the Airport and comes onto the M1 at the Airport r/a.

My advice would be get a 41 from Pinnockhill to the airport.

    Consider getting the 101. http://www.buseireann.ie/inner.php?id=247##Dublin

Southbound Bus Éireann will not pick you up from here - you should use Dublin Bus or Swords Express.

Northbound, you must be going somewhere beyond Blakes Cross (between Swords and Lusk).

    Try www.a-b.ie

The 101 only goes to Drogheda though - it would probably be cheaper to get a 41 to the Airport and get on a 100X than get a 101 until it meets the 100X, no?

you should be able to get a through ticket between Swords and Dundalk (if that is the destination).

Actually you can't: on the Bus Eirann website, selecting Swords- Dundalk returns me the message saying taht no fare are available.

In the end I'm solving it by going to the airport with the bicycle and taking the bus from there.

It is difficult to program cross-route fares on a computer. It may be available manually (I'm not guaranteeing this) within a group of routes - don't necessarily expect these drivers to magic up a fare to Ballydehob.
