Managing channel list on pc

Hi maybe some can help me. I am having a problem with Triax114 in so far as bbc3 , 4 , news keeps going black screen. A new search finds them again but it also finds the other 350 channels 200 of which I had deleted so now I must start deleting all over again and move them back into position.(not quick) I saved the channel…

Hi maybe some can help me. I am having a problem with Triax114 in so far as bbc3 , 4 , news keeps going black screen.
A new search finds them again but it also finds the other 350 channels 200 of which I had deleted so now I must start deleting all over again and move them back into position.(not quick)
I saved the channel list last time and reloaded it but it reloaded the black screen bbc's.So is it possible to bring the channel list to a pc and work on the list there.
By the way I'm very disappointed with this triax114 would not recommend it to anyone.
