That's an extremely vague post - what exactly are you looking for?

Embodied energy is the total of: The energy to mine / make the materials, turn them into components, assemble the components, build the product, and ship it to the consumer.

Generally, none of these details are available as 'hard facts'.

Take the simplest product, a loaf of bread: Where do you start? The solar energy absorbed in photosynthesis? The fuel used in the tractor to plough, sow, spray, harvest the grain, the mill turning it into flour, delivering the flour to a baker, the heat in the oven, delivering the bread to the supermarket.

Hi I have plenty of information on the subject I only started it there a few weeks ago. Its just the calculations for finding the calculations to find the energy for the raw materials transports and stuff like that. for example do i jut find the total weight of the material and multiply it by the embodied energy to get the answer I need. I've found one equation but unsure if it is the right one. Is there any soft ware out there I can use

At this point I'm inclined to agree.
