    Hi Folks,

Helping an elderly relative out investing in a new saorview TV for her this coming weekend.
I have Samsung TVS in my house and find them excellent so far for picking up the Saorview channels and also the Northern Ireland digital channels on offer now. I am picking the Uk channels perfectly on my samsungs and as the elderly relative lives next door to me, i am thinking i stick to the tried and tested .

I have come across these 2 doing a bit of checking prices.

Am i right in saying the one in pc world has better spec for the price ?
Looking to buy it by this weekend and get it installed for the elderly relative.

Apologies if posted in wrong place.

Thanks for any pointers on the above or better recommedations you can give me around the 300 euro - 300 euro mark.

No significant difference in the two models that I can see.

I noticed Argos have the LE32D400 at €299.99 as well.

Euronics advertised the LG 32CS460 for the same price in their flyers for October which may be another option.

Thank you very much for your reply, appreciate it.
Which one would you recommend being the best deal ?
Its for an eldery person who has the TV for company throughout the day and evening.

Again, there is little to choose between them. I'd have a look at the picture quality if possible before buying. It may come down to which retailer is closest and/or can give you the best customer service.

If you are already familiar with the Samsungs you may find it easier to set up things like channel lists, remove unwanted radio channels etc.

Like the other poster said they are very similiar. You seem happy with Samsung so I would go with that. I tend to buy LG as I find them excellent, so if I was in your shoes I would go for the LG. It would mainly comes down to the fact that I have LG brand and no issues. I have bought LG for other people as well and they just seem to work for me.
