Blackout blinds for velux windows

    I need to buy 3 blackout blinds for large Velux skylight / attic windows...

    I was having a look online and see that there are a few companies who make their own brand for Velux blinds (as well as selling the Velux branded blinds).
    eg - Itzala, Vale blinds.

    Just wondering if anyone here has bought these and is the quality as good as the Velux branded ones? They are about 20% cheaper...

    I bought genuine Velux "solar powered" blackout blinds for my 4 large Velux GU-S06 windows.

    Got a fantastic deal from Chadwicks Builders Providers on the solar powered blinds.

    Cheaper than any other place.

    You can also get them in fleabay auctions.

    Get your Velux window model from the side and put it into the search box.

    I had a freind do this recently....(fleabay)

    Yep,he got Velux blinds allright,but they were in poor comdition,damaged and did not work propperly.

    Alot of hassle for nothing and money wasted too.
