lost tax book

    I lost my tax book, doh! everything is in order at the moment so there is no panic, but I want to sell it before xmas.

    So what form do i need to fill in?
    I have the RF134 form filled in for the replcement registration book, but is there another? there is nowhere on this form to put in the chassis number, which must be a requirement?

    Form RF134 is all you need. No need for the chassis number, they will already have this on file, they will simply send a replacement to the current registered owners (you) address.
