Eircom voice message problem

    Weve been using the ricom message system for a long time now and have had no problems. We recently upgraded to the fibre scheme and have noticed that we cant pick up any messages left, people can still leave messages and we get the automatic call to say we have messages waiting but are unable to retrieve them

    Hi VinLieger

    I have spoken to support and I have giving them your mobile number from a previous case. One of the support agents will be in touch later today or first thing tomorrow to sort this out. Apologies we can't sort it here as we don't have access to fibre systems just yet.
