    Hi all,

As the title says, I'm looking for a campag super record / record / chorus seatpost for a retro build. It must be 27.2mm. No carbon, looking for a nice shiny one to match lugs of frame!!! Aero, straight or fluted.

Will also consider others like 3ttt, cinelli etc

    Thanks for reading

Keep a look out or post a wanted add on retrobike.co.uk or lfgss.com. Plenty old school stuff available there.

I have a nice vintage fluted Athena seat post that may suit. Just bear in mind most/all vintage posts are on the short side, around 200/250mm. Might that work?

I know vintage seat posts are usually a lot shorter, but I think it should be ok. any chance of a pic? How much are you looking for it? Is it 27.2mm?

    Thanks

I think I paid 50 for it, so that's asking.
    It is 27.2, pics below!

Where are you based? Offer probably a bit low but for a used Athena seatpost I offer 30e.

    Thanks

Deal at 35? I'm away for the next week but will be in Dublin the following week. Do you need it ASAP?

35 is good for me. Not in a hurry with it, not getting my colnago for another 2 weeks. I'm in Gorey but work up in north Wicklow. I'm away for a few days in limerick next week but can arrange collection whenever in convenient for us both. Ill pm you my mobile. Thanks

    Kevin
