    Hi

I am in the process of selling my house and would like to know what I would expect to pay in legal fees associated with the sale please. Also would like to know what is involved and how long this should take too.

Appreciate any advice or recommendations for solicitors in Limerick city.

    Cheers
    Liam

Sold a house recently in Donegal and paid approx €1k.

Best to phone a couple of solicitors and playing them off against each other, I would say plenty of them are not too busy with conveyancing and might be glad of the work.

As for how long it takes, well that is open to how much pressure your solicitor puts on the other side, and how efficient their solicitor is. Also how much they want to get in place before letting the sale go through. Some solicitors are more demanding for criteria to be met before letting their clients sign off.

The buyers will more than likely want a structural survey of your property too. Its their expense though.
