Got a Motorcheck report on a '07 car that was first purchased in Apr '07. It was then traded into a dealer in Jan '10 and then sold to a second owner in July '10.

The current owner says its being NCT'd this week and will have 2 years NCT. That means the last NCT should have been around Oct 2010.

If the car was purchased in April 2007, it's first NCT could have been done in Oct 2010 but wouldn't the cert date still be April 2011 and the next one not have been able to be done before February 2013?

Also there was an Odometer reading from Nov '09 which shows more miles than the car currently has (59k mls in '09 vs 55k mls now) so it looked like the 1st owner or else the dealer has clocked it. Is there any way of finding out where this reading came from as it's obviously not from an NCT test.
