Inland Fisheries Ireland have commissioned TDI to carry out research on the socio-economic value of recreational angling. This involves interviewing anglers at their home, while pleasure fishing or while attending competitions.
We are aware of several coarse competitions where they turned up and interviewed anglers. To date we have not heard of them attending any pike competitions. If you are aware of any pike competitions that were visited and competitors surveyed we would like to know. Please email me at johnkchambers@gmail.com or contact me on 0866057306
