    Hi,

Has anyone else set up sky on demand but still getting no programs available no matter what tab they go into.

I have activated it up online and the box is picking up the network and i have the on demand icon showing on my planner but when i press it and go into any of the tabs there is nothing there

Did you check the Network Settings under the spanner icon?
I got on demand activated via a phone call to customer sales

i just plugged in the cable from the Sky+HD box to my router. When I press the red button (for on demand) in tv guide I get an error :

For your information there are not programmes currently available Ensure you have Sky subscription and try again in a few hours.

I have the discovery channels etc but no movies or sport. Any ideas why no on demand appears ?

**edit do I have to enter network password anywhere ?

According to the Sky help forum Anytime Plus has been experiencing technical issues since the 27th of October and Sky don't seem to know what the problem is. I have a wireless connector connected to my Sky Plus Box since last week and can't get Anytime Plus. I have tried everything and nothing works. I keep getting service connection fail which i think is to do with Sky. Local connection is fine.

I can report no issues at all with the service at the moment -if I may ask: i noticed that the itv player is available - will that last with tv3 over here or will they object to it? and do we know what other catchup services are coming for us irish customers via On Demand?

I know this thread is a bit old, but I could do with some info if possible.
Have plugged in the modem to the sky box and pressed the red button for on demand.
In ALL it only lists 3 programs. How can that be? Where are all the box sets etc that they say you can get.
Subscription is all but sports and films.

Edit: In network settings it says..
    Local Connection OK
Service Connection FAIL reset... now says OK
    IP Address 192.168.1.105
    DHCP ON

Edit: Now I have more prgrams. 8) sorry for the time wasting.

Yes it can take a little while to update. Sometimes it says fail at the start, then OK.

Just beware your internet provider might have a monthly limit. Check what it is and don't go over it.

300GB a month. Will keep an eye on it anyway, what with xbox live and the rest can't be too careful. ;)
