Just trying to figure out a blocked rain gulley problem and im trying to figure out if all the house water waste goes into 1 main Sewer that leaves the house? Is there a seperate Sewer for "clean water" ie rain run off from rain pipes? Or does it all go to the Sewerage plant? At the side of the house there seems to be only 1 Sewer drain.

It depends on how old the system is. Older ones where combined but nearly all modern houses are separate. One for soils and wastes and the other for rain water.
