best (cheapest) ps3 wireless headset???

Hey been looking around at headsets lately as I will need it for night time gaming, have a sony bdv-e380 surround for daytime gaming but I'm tired of having to turn it down to nothing at night

Does anyone have opinions on what the best true 5.1 surround headset is?

Have 2 in mind but they are expensive @ €200+ each,

Turtle beach xp500 -€211

Tritton ax pro - €218

These are the best prices I could find so far if anyone knows as good headsets for less or these headsets cheaper I'd be much obliged thanks in advance

If its just for ps3 I'd recommend the official 7.1 wireless headset. A mate brought me back apart from Singapore last year and they really are a great piece of kit. I think they can be bought here now in the likes of GameStop and that and I think he paid around 90 euro so they probably cost a bit more here.

Check out gamestop,they've started doing alot of good headsets and at reasonable prices too

In my experience wireless headsets are far inferior to wired one's. I had a pair of turtle beach about 2 years ago and the hissing and popping was a total head wreck.
Took them back to the shop and changed them for a pair of wired Tritons and never looked back.
