How to pay tax on combines salary and jobseeker benefit?

I was employed at the beginning of 2011, then when job was finished, was receiving unemployment benefit. How should I report both in Form 11E (revenue asked me to file this form). I did not have any other revenues last year.

Your P60 from your last job details your earnings and you can get a statement of your job seekers benefit received by applying on welfare.ie who will post it out to you so you will have all your earnings details needed to fill in the form.
