NBS package with Three - How do I go about improving my signal?

    Hi all. Like many around Ireland, I live in a poor signal area (1 or 2 bars at best). I would like to find a way to improve the signal and I heard that since 3 are the official candidate for the NBS, they have an obligation to provide a good internet service to areas which have poor signal quality. So I heard that I have a right to ask for a signal booster from them but before I go in and make a mistake, can anyone tell me if this is true? And that it's a very straight forward process? Thanks.
