An Idiots guide to upgrading HDD in a Sky box?

I've done a few google searches to see if its possible to upgrade my 250gb box up to a 1 or 2tb. Anyone know if there's a dummy's guide? Is it quite difficult? Or better still, anyone know anywhere/anybody that does it?
