    Hey,

I've been doing about 12 years of piano in France but stopped for a while and I wanted to know where I could possibly play and train again in DCU.
I sent a mail to the Music Soc but they did not answered.
I'm looking for a real piano not a synthesizer :)

    Thx in advance

There is a piano in lecture theater T101. Not sure if you can use it.

Isn't there one up in the SU that's available to play whenever?

Jumbletown.ie often have ones available for free. I gave away one a while back. If you are willing to spend a few quid getting one tuned up I'm sure you would find someone giving one away on that site!

Well, I'm on the campus I don't think it will be possible to bring my own piano in College Park ^^
That's why I was asking about one in the campus. But thanks for the website, might be useful.

There's one upstairs in the SU, in one of the meetings rooms for the last while. Bit battered up, but seems to work fine. Ask in the Interfaith Centre too, I think they have a piano in there, saw one there once, looked like a really new electric one, all shiny and lovely. :)

The interfaith center has a really nice one in the meeting room down the back. Its a really nice room and the staff there are really nice. They can tell you when the rooms free and possibly hold it for you.

Hey! I'm so sorry, I mailed you back from the Music Soc Facebook page, there must have been some kinda miscommunication there! As said above you can just go and book one of the 2 rooms with pianos with the staff in the Interfaith, they're lovelyy, I did it literally every week last year :) If you're interested in performing feel free to come along to our Open Mic nights, it's a great way to get some exposure and meet other musicians :) xSarah
