Brand new Lenovo...some keys not working??

Anyone have any problems with Lenovo keys? Just got a new Lenovo Z580 today and about half the keys dont work. Raging as i cant get back to the shop til Friday. Is this a common fault with Lenovo's??

try an external keyboard in it, if it works they just need to replace the keyboard

it can happen to any manufacturer that you get a faulty keyboard
