Hi! I am new to running (after 20 years or so... apart from one 5km operation transformation run which I did in 26 mins year and half ago). I have done 4 runs in the past 2 weeks including 8kms today in approx 55 mins (.. am just afraid I am maybe doing too much too soon. I am a young 40 year old female. Should I just trust what my body is telling me or should I follow a more strict training schedule? Any advice would be gratefully received!
