I think this thread would be better off in the Humanities or Philosophy forum.

I presume you are wishing to debate rules on evidence or limitation?

    Not specifically,

I was just wondering where this ball would land.

As in this thread is what you make of it.

That's weird no matter where the thread starts someone wants to move it.

i.e. for years the regulator failed to impose the conditions on th V.H.I.

that were imposed on and used as a reason to take over Quinn.

    Why ?

OP: Make your mind up or go elsewhere.

That hypothesis stacks up in law (with the odd exception).

There's already a VHI thread extant here - use search function.

The title of the thread on the other hand rarely operates in law. Experience almost always defeats ignorance, though you'll know that.

    Tom,
you seem more intent on stopping this thread than anything,

As it started as a ball hop in an attempt to elicit a response laterally,
any response that may have a legal angle could have been thrown in.

so go ahead and kill it off as I am abandoning it.

Actually, I'm not but seeing as its your thread you decide?

How does a fact 'exist' anyway?

Is this related to your Adverts.ie thread and the fake memory cards?

Still haven't managed to convince anyone that you're right about clamping then?

Still haven't managed to convince anyone that you're right about clamping then?

Whether it's ignored or not one would imagine.

"Reality is that part of human existence which, as soon as we stop beleving in it, it refuses to stop existing."

since we are all just saying random stuff in this thread, I thought I'd add some Philip k dick.

That cat is dead, kind of like this thread.

If you leave a cat in a box for long enough, regardless of what atoms may or may not decay, then it will die- fact.

Experience knocks the **** out of ignorance.
