Hey. I'm starting training with one of the big 4 Mon week. Just reading the offer it sais pay is in 12 monthly instalments in arrears. Would that mean it will be towards the end of December ill be first paid as I'd have to go about getting a loan this week if so? Thanks

You get paid at the end of the month for what you worked during that month. Typically this will be the last friday or last working day of the month.

Check if you can get an advance from work. For example, PwC offer an advance for starters if they need it. The advance is deducted from your monthly pay, spread out over the next year I think it is. Might be better than paying interest on a loan.
