Recent bereavement. Wish to remove one parent from bill. Please advise

Hello, with the recent passing of my father, my mother wishes (needs to) have his details removed from her household bill? Can we do this here through PM, simply and easily, for her sake? Please advise on how best to go about this. Kind rgds
