is it possible to recreate the spark required to light an electric lighter using a disc piezo crystal instead rather than to one inside the lighter?

Is the voltage output directly related to the force applied to the ceramic.
i heard somewhere it takes 2000N,
can that be right? the hammer in the lighter would have to have serious acceleration to reach that force wouldnt it
