1. Stop surfing conspiracy theory websites.
2. Download malwarebytes and run a scan
3. If that fails to solve the problem run msconfig http://www.howtogeek.com/74523/how-to-disable-startup-programs-in-windows/

But mostly stop surfing conspiracy theory websites!
